The house "El Timon" is an house built in the 18th century, fully restored in 2004. It's lake front, on the road "Regina" closed to the Grand Hotel Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta botanical gardens. At the groundfloor of the house you find a small baker/food shop and a cafè/Restaurant recently renewed. Supermarkets and other shops nearby. The house El Timon has 5 apartments; 2 of which are owned by the Ortelli family. The accomodations, 45 sq.m. each, are as follow:

Apartment RACHELE

second floor, lake view, for 2-4 people:
